A beautiful 5 string banjo that my granddad used to play. I think it and the hard wooden case, which is beautiful in its own right, are both hand made. This was restored recently by a professional luthier, with new bridge and one new tuning peg. It does play, and has a lovely mellow tone. But it does go out of tune quite easily.
